Job Duties
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines.
- Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements.
- Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Attendance is an essential function.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform the essential and non-essential tasks related to the job.
- Successful Partners must follow and maintain PCP’s, Critical Control Points and Safety Procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
- The material handler position is not line specific. All operator bid holders must be cross-functional.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Gain and maintain an understanding of warehouse computer systems.
- Willing to perform duties assigned and manage multiple priorities.
- Must have excellent housekeeping and organization.
- Must be certified/ or be able to be certified to drive a forklift at Schreiber Foods.

Pay
$21.77 per hour ($20.88 plus $1.50 per hour certification pay). Additional $0.50 per hour for working second shift hours. Additional $1.00 per hour for working third shift hours.
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6 am to 2 pm
- 2nd Shift: 2 pm to 10 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10 pm to 6 am
- Overtime is expected and weekend work is common. Overtime is paid on 8+ hours in a day, time and half paid on Saturdays and double time paid on Sundays.
- Work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hours.
