About the role
The Warehouse Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, scanning orders, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from shelves based on order lists and prepare them for shipment
- Pack products carefully using the appropriate materials to help ensure safe delivery
- Label packages with accurate shipping information
- Scan orders and assist with basic inventory tracking
- Help monitor inventory levels and notify the team when stock is low
- Absorb restock shelves and keep warehouse areas organized
- Inspect products for visible defects, discrepancies, or incorrect quantities before shipment
- Follow warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety procedures
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness during office hours and assist with light cleaning duties when needed
- Lock up the office and follow security procedures once cleaning staff has finished
- Support other departments when daily warehouse tasks are completed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided
- Willingness to learn warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed

Pay
The pay range for this position in California is $19–$20 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits.
Schedule
Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
