We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Us", "Job Summary", "Key Responsibilities", "Required Qualifications & Skills", "Physical Requirements", "Equipment Use", "Why Nelson-Jameson?" (benefits etc). Also we have location, job type, compensation, benefits. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the "How To Apply" and EEO statement. Also remove duplicated lines? Not many duplicates. We need to decide which sections to include: About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company; we could map to "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. We have: - Location: Fairview, PA (onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting at $20.00+ per hour Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, company-matched 401(k), paid time off, competitive compensation, and much more! We need to include Pay and Schedule sections if present. Pay: Starting at $20.00+ per hour. Schedule: Consistent Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., depending on management’s needs) with overtime as needed. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, company-matched 401(k), paid time off, competitive compensation, and much more! Also later: Comprehensive Health Benefits with your choice of benefits to match your unique needs, 401(k) with company match, Competitive Compensation starting at $20.00+ per hour, Paid time off at time of hire, Annual Wellness Stipend & other wellness programs, Hi-Vis Clothing Stipend for company-branded merchandise, Steel-toed shoe reimbursement, And much more! We need to avoid duplication. We'll combine benefits. We also have "About Us" description: Nelson-Jameson is a trusted leader... We can put that under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe about the job, but we have Job Summary. Could use "About the role" for Job Summary? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which headings to actually output based on content. We have: - Job Summary: description of role, facility, duties. That could be "About the role". - Key Responsibilities: list of duties. That maps to "Responsibilities". - Required Qualifications & Skills: includes Education, experience, driver's license, communication, ability to work independently/collaboratively. That could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We could combine into "Qualifications". But we need to avoid thin sections. Maybe we make one "Qualifications" section covering education, experience, skills. - Physical Requirements: could be part of "Requirements" but we could make a separate "Requirements" section? However we already used Qualifications. Could make "Requirements" for physical requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine physical requirements into Qualifications? But they are distinct. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Physical requirements could be included under Qualifications (as part of job requirements). Equipment Use could also be under Qualifications or Responsibilities? It's about equipment use; could be part of Responsibilities (operating forklifts etc). Actually responsibilities already include operating forklifts. Equipment Use list includes computer, wireless WMS scanner, shipping equipment, forklifts, battery charger, floor scrubber. That's similar to responsibilities but more specific. Could merge into Responsibilities. Thus we can produce:

About the role

Job Summary content.

Responsibilities

  • ... list items ...

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse and shipping experience.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors.

Equipment use: computer, wireless warehouse management system scanner, shipping equipment, forklifts (turret truck, order picker, deep reach, counterbalance, pallet jack), battery charger, floor scrubber.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits
  • Company-matched 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive health benefits with choice to match unique needs
  • Annual wellness stipend & other wellness programs
  • Hi‑Vis clothing stipend for company‑branded merchandise
  • Steel‑toed shoe reimbursement
  • And much more!

Pay

Starting at $20.00+ per hour.

Schedule

Consistent schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., depending on management’s needs) with overtime as needed.

We also need to include About Us? The "About Us" could be considered part of "About the role"? But we already used About the role for Job Summary. Could we add another section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could also use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. The About Us content is substantive; we could incorporate it into About the role section as a paragraph about the company. So we can expand About the role to include both job summary and company description. Thus About the role paragraph: combine Job Summary and About Us. Let's craft: About the role: Nelson-Jameson is a trusted leader in the food manufacturing industry... We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our modern, brand new facility in Fairview, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a vital part in continuing the successful rollout of this new location... etc. We'll keep it as a single

maybe two sentences but okay. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: removed "How To Apply", EEO statement, duplicated lines, etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The posting also had "Location: Fairview, PA (onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting at $20.00+ per hour Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, company-matched 401(k), paid time off, competitive compensation, and much more!" We used compensation and benefits sections; location and job type not required as headings; we could include them in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But location and job type are metadata; we could drop them or fold into a short

. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include location and job type in a short

maybe under About the role or separate small paragraph. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add location and job type there. However we might want to keep About the role focused on role description; but it's okay to add a sentence: "Located in Fairview, PA (onsite), this full-time position..." Let's incorporate. Thus About the role paragraph: "Nelson-Jameson is a trusted leader in the food manufacturing industry... Located in Fairview, PA (onsite), this full-time position..." etc. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's draft:
