Warehouse Worker
About the role
Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their dynamic team at their modern, brand new facility in Fairview, Pennsylvania. This role plays a crucial part in the successful rollout of the new location, focusing on maintaining smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and be proficient in at least four of the first ten bullet points.
- Accurately receive purchase orders and complete required documentation.
- Accurately use the “put-a-way” process.
- Print orders and pick lists.
- Aid in inventory and cycle counts.
- Print, pick, and ship transfers.
- Accurately pick and prepare products for outgoing shipments to include LTL, small parcel, routes, and customer pick-ups.
- Accurately “ship confirm” and prepare all necessary documents required for outbound orders.
- Aid in keeping the facility clean and orderly, including sweeping and dusting.
- Operate all onsite forklifts that could include turret truck, order picker, deep reach, counterbalance, and pallet jack.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse and shipping experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively.
Skills

Pay
$20.00+ per hour.
Schedule
1st shift, Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., depending on management’s needs) with overtime as needed.
