Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Load customer vehicles with materials and equipment as detailed on the paperwork
• Load Rents delivery vehicles with materials and equipment as detailed on the paperwork
• Unload vendor deliveries, ensuring that all materials detailed on the delivery paperwork are received.
• Put away order in an orderly manner.
• Assemble small equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain clean and neat work areas at all times.
• Clear and salt snow from yard areas as needed during inclement weather.
• Wear and maintain all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate.
• Process and distribute all paperwork according to company policies by the end of shift.
• Monitor 2-way radio for relevant conversations.

Qualifications

• A high-school diploma or GED is required for this job
• Knowledge of the safe operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and reliable
