Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in all facets of warehouse operations, including packing, labeling, picking, stocking, inventory, shipping, receiving, loading, etc.
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Extremely dependable, organized, and safety‑conscious
- Food/refrigeration/perishables experience highly preferred
- Ability to safely perform physical requirements: extensive standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and equipment operation

- Incentive Bonus: $100 after 10 shifts, $250 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days (eligibility requires active employment and good standing at each milestone; bonuses subject to applicable taxes and company policies)
