Warehouse Worker

HD Fowler Company is seeking a full-time Warehouse Worker to join our team at the Hayden, Idaho branch location.

About the role

You will perform specialized outdoor and indoor warehouse and inventory duties, including loading and unloading trucks, order pulling, and shipping. This is an opportunity to be part of an established, family-owned company where you are recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport warehouse goods and materials.
• Fully complete all associated paperwork, recognizing and addressing potential problems in a timely fashion.
• Engage positively with a diverse array of customers and coworkers.
• Operate efficiently in a high-paced, demanding, and rewarding work environment.
• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly in a physical work environment.
• May drive a truck to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations or operate a forklift or other machinery (no CDL required).

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment; demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn product and material applications through provided training.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while receiving and filling orders for supplies, materials, and products.
• Ability to work overtime when required (generally limited to busy season).

Pay

$21.00+ per hour (DOE).

Schedule

Primarily Monday – Friday between 7 AM – 5 PM.
