Warehouse Worker

About the role

HD Fowler Company is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Worker for its Bremerton, Washington branch. The position involves specialized indoor and outdoor warehouse and inventory duties, including loading and unloading trucks, order pulling, and shipping. Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport warehouse goods and materials.
• Fully complete all associated paperwork, identifying potential problems and addressing them promptly.
• Engage positively with a diverse array of customers and coworkers.
• Operate efficiently in a high‑paced, demanding work environment.
• Lift and carry up to 75 lb on a regular basis.
• May drive a truck to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations.
• May operate a forklift or other machinery (no CDL required).

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment, with demonstrated initiative and problem‑solving skills.
• Passionate about delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn product and material applications through provided training.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting while receiving and filling orders for installers and subcontractors.
• Willingness to work overtime when required (generally limited to busy season).

Pay

Pay Rate DOE: Starting at $22.68 up to $26.99 per hour.

Schedule

Primarily Monday – Friday between 7 AM‑5 PM. Overtime may be required during busy periods. Includes 8 paid holidays.
