About the role
This Warehouse position in our Great Falls, MT branch serves as an interface with our valuable customers. The role requires friendly, helpful, and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers. You will safely ship and receive parts orders, ensuring accuracy in each order to meet customer expectations. Solid communication skills are necessary, as you will contact customers to advise them of back-order status updates. You will partner with our parts counter staff to expedite parts orders and work in a safe manner, following all company safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to VIP customers
- Safely ship and receive parts orders with accuracy
- Communicate with customers regarding back-order status updates
- Collaborate with parts counter staff to expedite customer orders
- Follow all company safety policies and work safely
- Handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and picking parts for an 8-hour day
- Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience utilizing a forklift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Dependable with an excellent attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CDL or ability to obtain a CDL (preferred)
