Pay

Responsibilities
- Unload and load shipments using powered industrial equipment:
- Convey inbound shipments to staging area for receiving
- Inspect, count, and examine shipments against purchase orders for damages or discrepancies
- Document overages, shortages, and damages
- Ensure all necessary signatures are on driver’s paperwork before release
- Wrap pallets by machine or hand to ensure stability
- Load outbound shipments safely to avoid product damage
- Putaway:
- Convey items from Receiving or Staging areas to Home, Overflow, or Bulk locations
- Replenishment, item demand, count checks, and consolidation:
- Convey items from storage locations to Home/Bulk locations
- Consolidate like items to maximize warehouse space
- Count inventory to verify product quantities
- Receiving, picking, and shipping:
- Receive product in accordance with correct PO numbers
- Complete discrepancy forms for overages, shortages, or damages
- Break down and separate product by item numbers
- Select orders within the warehouse
- Stack product on pallets for outbound staging
- Check pallets in staging area for errors
- Adjust pallet quantities for even weight distribution
- Warehouse housekeeping and safety:
- Clean dock areas and assigned aisles per warehouse policy
- Comply with all safety regulations and standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Proficient in operating Powered Industrial Trucks (e.g., stand-up reach truck, double pallet jack) preferred
- Warehouse Management System (WMS-HighJump/PeopleSoft) experience preferred
- Experience with RF or Voice devices preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, use hands/fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and/or move up to 200 pounds with assistance
- Work primarily in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to:
- Wet/humid conditions
- Cold or elevated ambient temperatures
- Moving mechanical parts
- Fumes or airborne particles
- Toxic or caustic chemicals
- Outside weather conditions
- Moderate noise level; fast-paced environment
- May require evening, weekend, or shift work depending on business needs
