About the role
We're hiring reliable warehouse workers for our New Jersey facility. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce environment, on a consistent 6-day schedule with steady hours and weekly overtime.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for delivery, accurately and on time
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Restock, organize, and rotate product following FIFO and food safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks [and/or forklifts — confirm certification requirement]
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
- Accurately scan and record all product movement
Qualifications
- Experience in supermarkets, grocery stores, restocking/merchandising, warehouses, or other hands-on physical work — we'll train you on the rest
- Availability to work a 6-day weekly schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F)
- Dependable attendance — the team counts on each other
- Forklift certification a plus, not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
