Warehouse Worker

About the role
The Warehouse Worker will load and unload trucks and trailers, operate a forklift, and perform general warehouse operations such as picking and pulling orders. The role requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and includes periods of continual standing or walking in a warehouse, plant, or production environment. Basic reading comprehension and familiarity with computers or handheld scanners is a plus. A pre-employment drug screening and clean driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Unload and load trucks for delivery
- Store incoming material in the proper location
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Verify packing slips with incoming product
- Follow safety rules and work procedures
- Secure cargo during transit using blocks, ropes, or ties
- Maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as needed
