- Offload inbound containers verify all paperwork and Bills of Lading for accurate shipping information, inspect for damages, and ensure each product is stored in its designated warehouse location.
- Load outbound trucks and containers for next-day deliveries, verifying product name, lot number, and quantity.
- Create, change, or correct labels, including the creation of labels for shipments according to company guidelines.
- Operate forklift. Load and unload trailers.
- Stack/load pallets and materials using material handling equipment such as forklift, and electric pallet jack.
- Maintain inventory counts and maintain inventory organization for accurate quantities and supplies.
- Attend safety and department meetings to stay aware of changes and adapt to department needs.
- Recognize irregularities and communicate safety, cleanliness, and quality issues to management.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping bays, pallet areas, and workstations.
- Operate the forklift, manage the pump station, verify paperwork for accuracy, and production activities.
- Comply with all EH&S, FSMA, cGMP, and RD procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that comply with safety and environmental rules and regulations.
- Participate in spill response as needed.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent exposure to chemicals.
- Report any condition that could result in an accident or injury and/or stop work if necessary to maintain top-tier safety adherence.
- Inspect drums, totes, and containers for integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Support and engage a culture of continuous improvement across all warehouse functions and tasks.
- Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High diploma or GED equivalent required. Additional training or secondary education is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of distribution warehouse experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of forklift experience required, with the ability to demonstrate competent forklift driving skills.
- Strict adherence to safety requirements, SOPs, cGMPs, Batch Records, and other controlling documentation.
- Able to perform basic math calculations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required to effectively perform the essential functions of the position.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Work under specific productivity standards of performance.

- Ability to utilize various office equipment, including computer, telephone, and a copy machine.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 60 pounds.
