Warehouse Worker

About the role

Capstone Logistics is looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout their shift, and being part of a team that helps keep products moving through the supply chain. No warehouse experience? That’s okay. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career.

Responsibilities

• Unloading products from trailers and containers
• Sorting and organizing freight
• Palletizing products for storage and shipment
• Repacking and preparing freight as needed
• Auditing and verifying product counts
• Assisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse
• General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping
• Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Ability to work safely and efficiently
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds regularly
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the shift

Pay

$680 – $800+ Weekly (performance-based opportunity with the ability to increase earnings through productivity and attendance)
