What You'll Do As a Warehouse worker, you will help unload and move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations. Responsibilities Include Unloading products from trailers and containersSorting and organizing freightPalletizing products for storage and shipmentRepacking and preparing freight as neededAuditing and verifying product countsAssisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouseGeneral warehouse cleanup and housekeepingSupporting additional warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentDependable attendance and reliabilityTeam-oriented mindsetAbility to work safely and efficientlyPrior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 25 to 75 pounds regularlyContinuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shiftAbility to work in a warehouse environment with changing temperaturesComfortable performing physically demanding work for the duration of the shift Why Capstone Logistics?
