Warehouse Worker

About the role

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a hands-on operational role supporting the movement, organization, and delivery of supplies and equipment that teams rely on every day. This position is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in staying organized, and understands the importance of accuracy, safety, and dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of warehouse and logistics functions including receiving, inspecting, storing, processing, and issuing materials and assigned goods.
• Load and unload deliveries, prepare and fill orders for shipping, and transport supplies between San Benito and Monterey County locations using company vehicles and warehouse equipment when needed.
• Support day-to-day customer service by assisting walk-ins and responding to phone calls and emails.
• Maintain inventory levels, assist with quality control inspections of safety gear and equipment, and contribute to a warehouse operation that runs efficiently and safely.
• Keep workstations, shelving areas, and storage spaces clean, organized, and orderly.

Requirements

• Dependable, hands-on professional with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation and ability to interact with customers effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
