Pull and prioritize order
- Operate automated storage modules
- Operates powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials from trucks and shelving
- Performs daily equipment check such as recharging forklift batteries and general maintenance
Restock inventory
- Affixes labels to incoming materials
- Organizes and stores materials in designated areas
Ship and receive
- Operates forklifts to move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Assists in unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Assists in counting of physical inventory
Pack and ship orders
- Processes requests and supply orders: pulling materials and packaging orders securely
- Verifies conformance to quality standards
- Prepares orders for shipment via UPS, FedEx, or Traffic
- Determines shipping costs and routes
Manage miscellaneous projects
- Completes various tasks as needed
- Accepts and performs all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Work schedule
Work shift is from 8:00am to 5pm (M – F)
Must arrive at work promptly and predictably
Skills required
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Experience with UPS & FedEx shipments
- Experience with a forklift (plus)
- Safe working habits
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
- High degree of mechanical aptitude
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills, ideally with SAP background
