Warehouse Worker
About the role
The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for the movement of merchandise through the warehouse. Will maintain broad knowledge of entire warehouse function including inventory control, shipping, receiving, warehousing and returns.
Responsibilities
- Conducting cycle counts and adjusting parts into the Parts Inventory computer system.
- Pulling parts orders from inventory and preparing them for shipping to customers or other Anderson branch locations.
- Processing returns, evaluating condition, adjusting inventory.
- Communicating with the Service Department to ensure technicians have correct parts for work orders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Work Experience in Warehouse at Heavy Equipment, Auto, Parts dealerships;
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory controls, documentation, filling orders, shipping;
- Experience and ability to operate Forklift is a plus;
- Must be able to bend, stand, reach, lift, carry items in the warehouse;
- Focus on safety protocols must be maintained at all times.
Qualifications
Compensation depends on location, experience/skills, overtime: $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
