About the role

Mars Electric is hiring a Wire Operations Specialist for their Distribution Center in Mayfield Village, OH. This role supports large commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders (wire type, gauge, reel size)
• Operate and troubleshoot wire cutting equipment
• Measure and cut wire to exact specifications
• Maintain 99%+ order accuracy
• Label, stage, and organize completed orders
• Maintain inventory and support continuous improvement
• Operate forklift equipment safely

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
• Preferred: Experience with automated equipment, wire products, or ERP systems

Qualifications

• Candidates are subject to a post-offer drug screen (includes Marijuana) and background screening including criminal and reference checks.
