Warehouse Unloader Nightshift

As a Warehouse Unloader, you’ll be part of a productive team tasked with unloading and receiving inbound trailers in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Starting rate $19/hr with earning potential of $20+/hr after training. Full-time, 3rd shift position located at 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.

Responsibilities

• Receive product, record code dates, and break down pallets according to appropriate receiving procedures
• Utilize forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and/or clamp machines to move merchandise
• Maneuver pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles
• Work at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product
• Perform equipment inspections and complete appropriate forms
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Stand, bend, pull, lift, and pivot up to 90% of shift
• Walk on various surfaces including concrete, tile, and carpet
• Frequently lift product weighing between 1–60 lbs. or more, including from floor to overhead
• Safely handle sharp objects including box-cutting tools
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

Requirements

• One or more years of experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others
• Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact communities
• Ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

Schedule

• 4/10s schedule (four 10-hour shifts) with at least one weekend day
• 3rd shift: 6:30 PM start time until end of shift
• Overtime as required

Pay

Starting rate: $19/hr with earning potential of $20+/hr after training.
