Warehouse Unloader

Greencastle, PA • $760-$1,200 / Weekly • 6:00AM-Finish • Schedule set at time of hire

About the role

You'll work on the perishable cooler dock of a busy grocery distribution center, helping move fresh grocery products quickly and safely to keep the supply chain moving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to increase their weekly earnings through consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grocery freight in a refrigerated cooler warehouse
• Move, sort, and palletize perishable products
• Select and stage freight for shipment
• Audit freight for accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all warehouse and food safety procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment if trained and authorized
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated warehouse environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding job
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety and productivity
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 25-75 pounds throughout the shift
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and twist for extended periods
• Perform repetitive physical work throughout the day
• Work in a refrigerated perishable cooler (approximately 34°F-40°F) for the duration of your shift
• Wear company-required personal protective equipment appropriate for a cold warehouse environment
