If you prefer a physical job where you're active throughout your shift and your productivity can impact your earnings, this is an opportunity worth checking out. You'll work alongside a team to unload incoming freight, organize product, build pallets, and prepare merchandise for the next stage of the operation. No two trailers are exactly the same, so you'll need to stay focused, work safely, and be ready to keep pace.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–Finish | 8–10 hour shifts

Pay

Weekly earning potential: $500–$1,000 based on production pay. Eligible new hires can earn a $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid as $300 after 30 days, $300 after 60 days, and $400 after 90 days (subject to eligibility and program requirements). Pay is issued weekly.

Responsibilities

• Unloading products and freight from trailers
• Sorting and positioning merchandise as it comes into the facility
• Building, stacking, and securing pallets
• Moving freight throughout the warehouse
• Checking and organizing product as needed
• Repacking or reorganizing freight when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following established safety and material‑handling procedures
• Supporting other warehouse functions based on the needs of the operation

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry freight weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repeatedly handling product
• Able to work at a steady pace in a fast‑moving warehouse
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Safety‑minded and willing to follow established procedures
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, unloading, or material‑handling experience is a plus
• We'll provide training for candidates who are motivated to learn
