Warehouse Training Supervisor - Night - Sun - Thurs

About the role

Supervises associates to ensure Warehouse Team is instructed on all necessary duties to perform duties safely, effectively and within in compliance. Assists Warehouse Director with overall day-to-day administration of warehousing and delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of Company's warehouse management system and other technologies available to maximize productivity.
• Analyzes the productivity levels of the warehouse operation and recommends appropriate changes.
• Ensures the safe operation of all material handling.
• Complies with Company’s health and safety programs.
• May attend quarterly safety meetings.
• Captures and documents all relevant information on training and progress of warehouse associates.
• Ensures instruction is conducted to achieve accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Flexibility to work any shift necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience: 2 - 4 years of warehouse or related experience
