Warehouse Technician (Seasonal)

About the role

This position is responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and operational efficiency. The technician will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and equipment is in good working order. Ultimately, the Warehouse/Driver Technician is essential in bridging the gap between our warehouse operations and field operations, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers and other locations as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including proper storage of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous forklift experience minimum 2 years.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

• Strong organizational abilities, essential for managing inventory and ensuring products are accurately prepared for service teams.
• Attention to detail, crucial when packaging items and maintaining safety standards in the warehouse.
• Effective communication skills, necessary for collaborating with team members.
