Warehouse Technician I

About the role
This full-time, onsite position reports to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for receiving incoming materials, inventory control, and shipping customer orders. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success.
Responsibilities
- Receive inventories according to policies and procedures.
- Support shipping of orders in a timely manner, according to ship dates.
- Maintain and update inventory databases as part of cycle count activities.
- Maintain dock and shipping areas to be clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Occasionally drive to pick up orders or supplies.
- Update and maintain all warehouse work instructions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in the warehouse functions.
- Ensure waste containers are maintained and emptied, when needed.
- Assist with Kanban ordering and maintenance.
- Perform kitting functions, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant warehousing or material handling experience.
- Colorado licensed driver with clean driving record.
- Ability to work well with multiple and competing deadlines.
- Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including occasional weekends, when required.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical experience with computer software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related function preferred.
Pay
The base compensation for the Warehouse Technician I role starts at $56,000–59,000 plus bonus and equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills and experience.
