About the role
The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and safe handling of freight using industrial vehicles like forklifts. They serve as the primary contact for transportation interactions and maintain warehouse supplies for smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments and freight activities
- Stock and organize inventory
- Load/unload freight with industrial vehicles
- Maintain work equipment and supplies
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist with overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with warehouse operations and power industrial vehicles
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to safety practices
Compensation & Benefits
