About the role
The Warehouse Technician at Grover Gaming is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, product handling, and basic technical servicing of gaming equipment. This role ensures accurate tracking, movement, and maintenance of inventory while supporting internal operations and external customer needs. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, processing shipments and receipts, and documenting RMA activity for repairs and replacements. The Warehouse Technician also performs basic troubleshooting and component replacement on electronic gaming machines (EGMs), utilizing diagnostic tools and established repair procedures.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain inventory of products through regular cycle counting.
- Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
- Manage the shipment and receipt of products for both internal and external customers.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of EGMs and repair or replace malfunctioning components as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using various diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Experience operating box trucks or route trucks.
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL).
