About the role

In this role, you will work in an energized, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with peers to prepare and move merchandise according to established safety, production, and accuracy standards and employment guidelines. You will maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the Distribution Center, ensuring outstanding product delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
• Ensure consistency in the quality of your work while meeting performance metrics in assigned work areas to create a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
• Work under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Work in multiple departments as assigned while meeting performance metrics.

Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons, while standing or walking for up to 12 hours at a time.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (range may vary based on work assignment).
• Work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn standard operating procedures through on-the-job training, including power industrial vehicle (PIV) operation where applicable.
• Independently log in to a computer, operate digital tablets, or use electronic wearable devices.
• Complete a self-guided orientation on a computer or digital tablet.
• Basic level of English written and oral proficiency to communicate with supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
