Warehouse Team Member II - Unit Selecting - Findlay
This position offers a base hourly wage of $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus based on company performance.
Overview
As a Unit Selection Team Member, you’ll pick and pack items for delivery to our stores—keeping everything organized, accurate, and on schedule while supporting your team. You’ll be hands-on, focused, and fast-paced, ensuring every shipment is ready to go and every tote is accounted for.

Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently select items for shipment to keep the line moving.
- Replenish items safely and efficiently to forward pick locations.
- Scan totes into the put module with accuracy to track inventory properly.
- Complete logs accurately—including production and master cleaning schedules.
- Handle inventory with care to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of production, supply chain, or manufacturing experience required.
- Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered).
- Familiarity with motorized equipment (e.g., generators, pressure washers, forklifts).
