Warehouse Team Member - Full-Time or Part-Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Forklift positions: Loading material in the warehouse, yard, and onto outgoing trucks; manual counting and scanning of units; scanning products into computer system and using computer to pick orders.
• Machine Operation positions: Learning machine controls to ensure proper product assembly or production; using pneumatic gun, automatic bander, and applying ID labels; performing corrective actions to maintain quality; communicating with incoming shift about facility operations and reporting potential equipment issues.
• Assembly positions: Performing various types of manual labor as needed; assembling doors, trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs; operating presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines.

Skills/Requirements

• Position Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma/GED preferred; strong attention to detail; able to work with others.
• Forklift positions: Valid Driver’s License required; some bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds; previous forklift training, licensing, or certification preferred.
• Machine Operation positions: Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, squatting, walking, and twisting; previous production/manufacturing/pneumatic tool experience and mechanical experience preferred.
• Assembly positions: Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.
