Warehouse Team Member

About the role

This position is based at our Wilkes-Barre, PA facility, where two operations are strategically housed under one roof to drive efficiency and collaboration. Do it Best Group is a member-owned hardware, lumber, and building materials cooperative serving independent home improvement retailers across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulder

Qualifications

• Preferred: 0-1 years of experience, preferably in Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or similar industry.

Skills

• Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks

Pay

Earn up to $23.93/hr Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.40 - $22.00 per hour Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69 - $1.93 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
