About the role

Responsible for leading a team in a warehouse setting at Publix Super Markets, Inc., focusing on ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals and ensure safety standards are met.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety guidelines.
• Manages inventory levels and assists in planning stock orders to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Communicates effectively with management and staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Trains new employees and provides ongoing development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
