Warehouse Team Lead - Weekend Night Shift (12 AM - 1230 PM)

About the role

You will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area.
• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe.
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program.
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped.
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with GPD (Good Documentation Practice).
• Forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Pay

$23.97 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential.
