Information Technology$23–$25/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, etc. We need to parse the posting. First, "Who We Are" is about company; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading is for description of role. The "Who We Are" is company overview; could be considered "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" includes description of role and company? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which sections to include based on content. We have: - Base Pay Range $23.00-$25.00 (Pay) - Title: Warehouse Team Lead (not heading) - Reports To: Distribution Center Manager (metadata) - FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (metadata) - Last Revised: 07/17/2023 (metadata) - As a Warehouse Team Lead, your essential job functions will include the following: then list of duties (Responsibilities) - Then sections: Operations (list), Leadership and Supervision (list), Administration (list) - Job Qualifications Other Duties as Assigned (maybe a heading? but we can treat as Qualifications) - Then bullet list: High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred. 3+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory, and transportation. Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred. - Competencies Required list: Priority Setting, Time & Productivity Management, Workflow Optimization, Knowledge Transfer, Delegation, Collaboration, Conflict Management, Results Orientation, Self-awareness, Critical Thinking - Position Requirements list: Lifting up to 90 pounds. Continuous lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching. Meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy. Always operate the company vehicle in a safe, professional manner and wear a seat belt. Wear safety equipment when required. For those with a Missouri Driver’s License, you must have a valid Class E license. For those working in a Michigan Distribution Center, you must have a valid Chauffeur’s License. Must be able to speak/read English well enough to converse with the public, understand road signs, respond to official questions, make legible entries on records and reports. Must be 21 years of age or older and after hire, be able to pass a driver’s road skills test and DOT physical. - Drug Policy (maybe not needed) - Why Dealer Tire: (Benefits? Actually it's about opportunity, compensation, benefits) - The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution). For more information on our benefit offerings, please visit our Dealer Tire Family of Companies Benefits Highlights Booklet. - EOE Statement etc (boilerplate to remove) - ADA Disclosure (boilerplate) - Contact info (boilerplate) We need to remove boilerplate: EOE, ADA, contact, etc. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Potential sections: - About the role: Could include "Who We Are" and maybe description of role? The "Who We Are" is company overview, not exactly role but could be considered about the role? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role with company overview and role summary. - Responsibilities: The list of duties under "As a Warehouse Team Lead, your essential job functions will include the following:" plus sub-sections Operations, Leadership and Supervision, Administration. We can combine into a single Responsibilities section with
  • items. - Requirements: Could include Position Requirements (physical, license, age, etc.) plus maybe "Job Qualifications Other Duties as Assigned"? Actually "Job Qualifications Other Duties as Assigned" seems like a heading but not needed. We'll treat Requirements as the Position Requirements list. - Qualifications: The list under "Job Qualifications Other Duties as Assigned" (education, experience, proficiency). That's qualifications. - Skills: Could be the Competencies Required list (Priority Setting, etc.) as skills. - Benefits: The benefit description under "Why Dealer Tire:" includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k match. - Pay: Base Pay Range $23.00-$25.00 plus mention that compensation depends on qualifications, experience, location, may include commission, bonus or profit sharing. That's specific enough for Pay. - Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So we omit Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none). We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

    Pay

Base Pay Range $23.00-$25.00. Compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed EOE, ADA, contact, etc. Also removed "Why Dealer Tire: An amazing opportunity..." we kept benefits but we might want to include the sentence about amazing opportunity? That's more fluff but could be considered part of About the role? Actually we already have About the role with company overview. The "Why Dealer Tire" includes: "An amazing opportunity to join a growing organization, built on the efforts of hard working, innovative, and team-oriented people. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution). For more information on our benefit offerings, please visit our Dealer Tire Family of Companies Benefits Highlights Booklet." We used the compensation sentence in Pay, and benefits list in Benefits. The "amazing opportunity" sentence is fluff; we could omit as it's not specific substantive? It's somewhat generic but could be considered part of About the role? However we already have About the role with company overview; we could add that sentence there as it's about why join. But it's somewhat filler; but it's not boilerplate like EEO. It
