Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment to receive and ship material as required.
- Properly receive, handle, and store material as directed.
- Ensure material availability to support production schedules.
- Verify documentation of receipts from suppliers and shipments to customers.
- Assist Materials Supervisor with shift turnover meetings and provide communication, leadership, training, and guidance to Material Handlers.
- Manage the department in the absence of the Materials Supervisor.
- Maintain warehouse operational support for production activities.
- Provide task and problem resolution direction to Material Handlers in support of daily warehouse operations.
- Control the shipment process flow of EDI advance shipping notification transmissions to meet requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customer/supplier contacts on demand, ensuring timely reaction and proper notification to Materials management.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor.
Schedule
Full-Time (4 days working, 4 days off)
Day shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of employment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (AUMOVIO will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening).
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing shop floor and warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10+ hour shifts) and move continuously between warehouse and production areas.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs unassisted, and heavier items with assistance or material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform frequent and coordinated two-handed tasks involving continuous finger, hand, wrist, and arm movements, requiring fine motor control, steady grip, and precise alignment.
- Ability to maintain balance and stability while handling and transporting materials.
- Ability to perform computer-based tasks, including use of computer systems, software applications, and hand-held devices.
- Ability to work in an environment with continuous background noise and intermittent sounds from production equipment, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations.
- Ability to alternate between walking, standing, and occasional sitting for administrative or coordination tasks.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver carts, pallets, and material containers as part of warehouse operations.
- Frequent operation of material handling or mobile equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely as required.
- Ability to maintain visual awareness and focus to monitor warehouse operations, verify inventory, and ensure safe equipment use.
- Frequent movement between workstations, warehouse, production, and waste handling areas to support team operations.
- Frequent observation of work processes, monitoring performance, and responding to issues in real time.
- Ability to work at a consistent operational pace in a logistics-driven environment while supporting team coordination and workflow.
- Must wear company-provided PPE, including ESD safety-toed shoes, ESD smock, and other required protective equipment.
