Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
- Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
- Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using appropriate leadership styles and methods.
- Absorb and provide necessary information, technology, and tools to employees for their job performance.
- Assist in promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
- Deal with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
- Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience.
- One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead.
- One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience.
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience.
- Advanced knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner.
- One (1) year or more previous experience with cycle counting.
- One (1) year or more previous experience with forklift operation.
- One (1) year or more previous experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid forklift operator's license certified.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Maintains composure under pressure.
- Working using health and safety methods.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (For Québec locations only).
- Advanced knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner.

Pay
- Hourly Pay: $26.50 per hour.
- Overtime Pay: $39.75 per hour.
Schedule
- 4 days a week, 10 hour shift.
- Sunday-Wednesday 4:30am-4:00pm.
