Warehouse Team Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Team Lead is a seasoned professional deeply involved in order management and warehouse operations. They are responsible for optimizing processes, coaching the team, and supporting short and long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Using in-depth knowledge of order management, warehouse operations, and safety, you support the daily activities and adapt to changing order volumes and complexities.
• You direct the team's efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence, aligning with Torani's operating procedures.
• You provide clear and concise communication to support cross-functional partners, ensuring timely and error-free product delivery.
• You ensure the team is trained on Oracle, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office, and resolve first-level technical issues.
• You maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment, reporting and addressing safety concerns.
• You foster a positive and engaging work atmosphere, celebrating small wins and sharing good vibes.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience within Warehouse operations
• Experience with using KPIs to drive business and team directives
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (preferred)
• M-F, 2nd Shift plus overtime as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligible for $1.00 shift differential
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
