Warehouse Team Lead - 2nd Shift -$26.00, $1.50 shift diff.

The Role

As a Distribution Center Team Leader, you'll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to manually load and unload materials, stack and wrap pallets, sort materials, and perform general labor tasks to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets.
• Stack, organize, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment using shrink wrap and other materials.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Absorb inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled.
• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as required by the department.

Pay

The pay range for this position starts at $26.00 per hour. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule
