About the Role

The Full-Time Warehouse Support Representative supports daily warehouse operations at our Memphis, TN facility. The role involves processing incoming packages and freight and preparing them for outbound shipment to Canada.

• Package handling
• Preparing and wrapping pallets
• Pallet jack and/or forklift operation (as required)
• Shipment paperwork and customs documentation
• Managing emails and performing data entry tasks

Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Physical tasks include lifting, moving, and organizing freight, with frequent breaks between truck loads. Training will cover dock loading procedures, safety protocols, and system workflows. The role requires a mix of hands-on labor and computer-based tasks, including email communication and Excel reporting. A problem-solving mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling, and shipping packages while adhering to all safety, security, and customs regulations
• Loading and unloading packages from processing stations/trailers
• Affixing labels or placards to packages/pallets
• Scanning boxes from the inbound staging area
• Preparation of bills of lading
• Data entry of shipment details
• Cross-training in other warehouse positions as needed
• Completing health and safety compliance trainings as required

Requirements

• Physical, fast-paced position involving continual lifting, lowering, and sliding packages (typically 25-35 lbs., up to 70 lbs.)
• Data entry experience and ability to process shipments into a computer system
• Experience with email platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Flexibility for occasional shift changes during peak season
• Forklift experience may be required based on location
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred (not required)
• Forklift experience (preferred)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST.
