Pay
$19.25 per hour
Schedule
- Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
- 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm

About the Role
- Work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities focused on safety
- Handle products such as boxes, home goods, and clothing items
- Use equipment including manual pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks (e.g., stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks)
- Support distribution operations across the U.S.
- Team-first culture with a focus on respect, including many military reservists and veterans
Responsibilities
- Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers
- Ensure all scanning is completed correctly
- Train dock employees on new procedures
- Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping
- Perform picking and packing duties
- Check for evidence of product or container damage
- Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required
- Participate in workgroup and team activities for self-improvement and operational efficiency
- Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred
- Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including operation and maintenance (e.g., changing batteries, recognizing mechanical issues)
- May be required to operate manual or automated warehouse/manufacturing equipment (e.g., packaging line)
- Powered industrial truck certification (intermediate level required, preferred for advanced roles)
- Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, and policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to input data into WMS (Warehouse Management System) computer systems
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices
