Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and help dispatch deliver parts
• Help dispatch parts runners to get parts to techs in the field
• Check in returns from install jobs
• Add parts back to stock for future use
• Clean the warehouse
• Help keep the team moving in the same direction
• Create accountability, encourage teamwork, and ensure everyone has what they need to get the job done for our customers

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory ability
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
• Experience in computer data entry within databases
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced stressful environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully and diplomatically diffuse contentious situations
• Ability to recognize and establish priorities
• Ability to coach and develop members for improvement
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to quickly analyze a situation and provide an effective solution
• High performance team player with a commitment to company values
• Able to maintain safe work practices and adhere to company safety standards
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Fluency in the English language
• One (1) year of Leadership and Supervisory experience
• Three (3) years of Warehouse/Inventory Control experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable attendance
• Able to perceive and distinguish emotions in telephone conversations
• Able to concentrate on tasks on a consistent basis
• Able to input data to PC and review stored data
• Able to use office equipment such as PC equipment, FAX machine, photocopy machine, voice mail, and postage machine
• Maintain confidentiality with customer information
