Warehouse Supervisor, Loading

Responsibilities

• Ensures trucks are loaded accurately for next deliveries
• Completes any shipping and handling documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Schedules pickups for cooperage, pallets, and kegs
• Reports any discrepancies in orders
• Affixes labels and prepares products for shipment
• Assists in the day-to-day operations and supervision of the warehouse
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including enforcing safety rules and policies
• Provides supervision and leadership to the warehouse staff including training, performance evaluations, time and attendance, and disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR department, as necessary
• Works closely with all warehouse staff
• Oversees drivers and driver helpers
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to manage warehouse teams
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be able to lift 50 to 150 lbs
• CDL Preferred
