Responsibilities

• Centralize core HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, employee experience, performance management, and compensation.
• Automate routine HR tasks using Bamboo AI™ to complete work and suggest next steps.
• Utilize advanced insights, custom dashboards, and HR benchmarks to drive strategic workforce decisions.
• Streamline hiring and onboarding with an applicant tracking system and proactive onboarding tasks.
• Manage payroll, time tracking, and benefits enrollment in a single platform to eliminate manual data entry and approval processes.
• Gather employee feedback, strengthen satisfaction, and support employee development and performance.
• Develop and execute compensation strategies using benchmarking data, salary bands, and advanced planning tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with a zero-trust security model and encryption standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR software platforms, particularly those integrating multiple HR functions (e.g., payroll, time tracking, benefits, hiring).
• Familiarity with HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Understanding of HR best practices in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation strategy.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and improve HR efficiency.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC II, GDPR, encryption).
