Warehouse Supervisor - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing warehouse operations to ensure accurate storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work planning and assign tasks for optimal efficiency
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Supervise warehouse security and upkeep
• Assist with vendor orders and recommend process improvements
• Train warehouse staff and manage shipping/receiving activities
• Uncrate shipments and dispose of or store packaging properly

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving supervision
• Basic math skills and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
• Physical ability for lifting, bending, and extended walking/standing; PPE may be required
