Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time)

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing distribution functions supporting dealer supply of Honda and Acura parts for automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment. Responsibilities Manage inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.Set performance standards and lead workgroup associates to meet departmental and business objectives.Plan production and scheduling, oversee staffing and development, ensure quality control, optimize operational efficiency, and handle employee relations.Maintain facility equipment and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum of three years in a related field with increasing responsibility; leadership experience required.Proven project management skills; knowledge of automobile, motorcycle, and power equipment lines is a plus.Ability to develop team members and handle projects from inception to completion.
