Warehouse Supervisor (Evening Shift, Arlington, Tx.)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist evening Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring all Receiving and Outbound teams meet daily objectives.
• Execute regular cycle counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Apply expert knowledge of packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow.
• Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Warehouse Management and team members to ensure clear and effective information flow.
• Maintain and update SOP’s
• Lead the training and integration of new hires.

Minimum Experience and Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Full proficiency in reading and writing English
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
