About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to support incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain a smooth flow of raw materials to production lines.
Responsibilities
- Cookware and OTP (Oracle Transportation Management) preferred experience.
- Train individuals on safety procedures, including forklift and hand-jack operation, loading methods, and trailer operation.
- Train, motivate, and monitor performance of warehousing employees; recognize strong performance and take corrective action when needed.
- Drive initiatives to reduce cost through labor controls, damage reduction, and implementation of methods and tools that improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external contractors to coordinate scheduling and ensure timely completion of work.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the warehouse and its core processes, driving continuous improvement while coaching and developing team members to support growth and performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory or leading teams experience within a warehouse environment.
- Proficient with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and MS Word & Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and lead others.
- Experience in food processing and/or manufacturing is a plus.
- Forklift operating experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay
Pay Range: $64,000 - $95,000. The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
