Warehouse Supervisor / Associate – Sparta, NJ / Lindenhurst, NY

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Complies with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents.
• Controls inventory levels.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse.
• Achieves financial objectives.
• Schedules and assigns employees.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
• Creates bill of ladings for multiple locations and tracks shipments.

Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse management experience.
• Industry experience a plus.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people skills.

Pay

$40,000-$50,000 per year
