Night Shift Supervisor – oversees the night-shift employee and ensures smooth shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
• Ensure items are placed accurately and safely
• Support shift operations and follow established procedures
• Communicate with team members and leadership as needed
• (Supervisor only)
• Provide direction, oversight, and support to the night-shift worker

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (fluency not required)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Able to work the full scheduled shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
