Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor I to join our team!

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • The ability to supervise and provide training to direct reports is required.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is required.
  • An attention to detail is required.
  • Good math skills are required.
  • The ability to perform data entry and analysis is required.
  • The ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations is required.
  • A familiarity with computers (e.g. data entry, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) is required.
  • A familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE, e.g. forklifts, walkie-riders, pallet jacks) is required.
  • A basic working knowledge of iPhone/iPad/tablet devices is required.
  • The ability to perform manual work when required, e.g. building and wrapping pallets, loading trucks, etc., is required.
  • The ability to work long hours during summer months as well as some weekends and holidays is required.
  • The ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks is required.
  • The ability to travel 10% is required.
